Mrs. Racheal Speech Therapy: 2025-2026

Hello! My name is Racheal Shuldman. I am eager and excited to be starting my 9th year as a speech pathologist in the Ridgefield Public Schools. Prior, I was a special education teacher for 10 years.

I believe that effective communication is essential to a person's overall well-being, academic success, and social integration. My treatment philosophy centers on the idea that every individual has a unique voice and deserves the opportunity to express themselves confidently and meaningfully.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration and evidence-based practices The goal is not only to improve speech and language skills but also to empower individuals with the tools they need to engage successfully in the classroom environment with peers, teachers, and staff.

I believe that a successful school year starts with open communication between families, teachers, and service providers, and I understand the positive impact that collaboration with families has on student outcomes.
