Welcome to Speech with Ms. Gina
Hello and welcome! My name is Gina Antoniewicz, but to my students, I’m simply Ms. Gina. I am proud to serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Shaler Academy, where I work with students in Pre-K through 2nd grade.
I have been a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for over 20 years, and for the past 12 years, I’ve been fortunate to be part of the Ridgefield School District community. While I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I quickly discovered my passion lies in supporting preschool and early elementary students as they develop their communication skills.
I earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Mercy College and hold certification as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. My approach to therapy focuses on building strong relationships with my students, creating a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment where they feel confident to grow and succeed.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m a proud mom to an 11-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. In my free time, you’ll often find me hiking, playing softball, re-decorating, or whipping up a good recipe—and of course, I never say no to a good cup of coffee!
I’m so excited to work with your children and to be part of their journey as confident communicators.
