Occupational Therapy - Mrs. Lara MS, OTR/L
Hello! Welcome to Shaler Academy!
My name is Mrs. Lara and I will be your child's Occupational Therapist this school year. This is my 24th year as a school-based OT and my 17th year working in the Ridgefield Public School Learning Center at Shaler Academy. I graduated from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY with my Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Master's in Occupational Therapy.
Working with children and helping them improve in their daily life skills at school is one of my biggest passions. I am eager and excited to work with you and your child in making this school year a successful and happy one!
